The full policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026. This page covers the whole site. Answers to the Garden Check-in are health-related, so they have their own page: Health data policy.
What we collect
- When you only browse: we count visits, clicks and how many people start, finish and ask for something (a page name and an event name, never an answer). We use Google Analytics for the same counts. It sets a first-party cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one, and we turned off its advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization. Google Analytics never receives your answers, your result, your name, your email or your phone. We do not use ad pixels or ad trackers.
- When you ask for something: your name, email, and phone if you request a call, what time of day suits you, and anything you write to us.
- If you send your check-in answers: the answers themselves, but only after you tick a separate consent box.
- When you send a request: where you came from (the site or campaign that sent you) and your IP address at the moment you gave consent, stored with your request as a record of that consent.
What we do with it
- Send the email or the seven days of practices you asked for.
- Prepare and hold the conversation you requested.
- Learn which parts of the site help people, using counts only.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your check-in answers with advertisers or ad platforms.
- We do not build ad audiences from people who take the check-in.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and delivers our email. Google Analytics counts visits as described above. They process data for us under their terms for business customers. Your check-in answers go only to Cloudflare, never to Google.
How long we keep it
Requests, answers and consent records: up to 12 months after you send them, then an automatic job erases them. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Our visit counts: aggregated, no personal data. Google Analytics: detailed event data for 2 months, then only aggregate reports.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time from the deletion form or by writing to us. We confirm it is you by email, then reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. You can revoke call or text consent by replying STOP or telling us. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Google Analytics does not load at all.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
